Professional staff, gave me an honest quote, even helped me diagnose the problem before coming out. Thankfully, my clog was at the septic tank and it needed to be drained. He was on time and efficient. No problems since.

Service was excellent. They were on another job when I called them. Said it would be about an hour before they could be here but ended up being only about 30 minutes. After he pumped the septic out and I flushed the pipes it was still backed up. I didn't have a clean out for him to access the pipe that was clogged so he tried a few things and ultimately ended up digging about a 2 foot square hole about a foot deep around the top of the tank so he could access the line and cleared the line. It instantly cleared the lines out and now the plumbing is working good. Initially quoted me a price of $225 if just had to pump it out. I was expecting to be hit with another $50 to $100 but he only charged me $15 for all the extra work he did. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a septic or anything pumped out. They are very fair and honest. He even showed and told me what to do if the problem ever occurs again.
