Absolutely poor construction. Poor carpentry throughout the whole house. I have been trying to have my issues addressed for over 7 months and I am not the only resident with problems. They have been ignored also. You are ignored when you call with a priority problem. I have electrical problems (ignored), water leaks (ignored), and settlement problems with my floors (seams sticking up through my kitchen floor (ignored). Gutter problems leaking causing irrigation problems. BOTTOM LINE IS DON'T BUY ANYTHING IN HARRINGTON VILLAGE - YOU WILL BE SORRY!!!

Buyer Beware!! Bay devlopers is very slow to respond to issues after move-in and aim to do as little as possible to make things right. Poorly constructed homes, list of issues below. Cannon Mills is a high traffic community and street parking sucks. Two lane traffic is impossible because of all the cars parked on the street. Dover high school students park all over the place and litter when school is in session. Clean up is slow and I have to continually pick up trash around the intersection.nnFull list of repairs after move in:nSump pump for basement, pipe blew off because it was not glued in. Carpet and padding had to be pulled and drywall cut out. Took 10 mos to get repaired.nnSump pump for basement bath had to be replaced.nnBedroom window was not properly installed and cracked.nFloor boards are bouncy in master bedroom.nnRefrigerator stopped working day one, gave me a refrigerator out of the model unit and it leaked all over the kitchen. Took a month to get a new appliance.nnDeck was not properly installed I now have to get an inspection and fight for the repairs because the quality of the construction is not important and they dont want to make it right.nnBay window not properly installed.nKitchen light works intermittentlynnCeiling fan in master bedroom stopped working.
