Excellent service, have occasionally had clothes returned poorly cleaned, but they have always taken them back and returned them in good condition.

I stopped in to pick a dry cleaned coat, and presented a 15% off coupon. They lady said that I had to present it when I bought in the coat, not after. I said the coupon did not sayanything about that. She well that’s just their policy. I did not want to get into a pissing contest with her, so I just paid up. I will never use Capital Cleaners again. Apparently, customer is not king.

They clean things well, but repairs often leave me upset. They do not do a good job, especially on zippers. I would expect a place that offers repairs and alterations to be good at it.

Good place to take your dry cleaning. Quality results.
