Subway

I went with a coupon and the guy who attended to me was very rude and told me that the coupon was valid until April, then I read the coupon and told him that in April it was the expiration date and he told me anyway I can't accept it because it is not registered in the system. So why send me a coupon that I can't use? I visit this shop frequently and it's the first time I see this boy and I found it very rough and unprofessional

Just had a very pleasant experience at the Subway in Bryant, AR off hwy 5. I’m in the restaurant industry and have been for several years. The young girl and guy working around 1:40pm on Monday afternoon expressed such great teamwork during a lunch rush. I was inspired and I wish more people made such a pleasant atmosphere. I will not go to any other subway but this one all because of their pleasant attitudes. Thank y’all so much!❤ufe0fnn-Amanda

SloooooowwwwnOh, my gosh! I have NEVER seen a slower person behind a Subway counter. All I wanted were a couple of cookies, but there were two people ahead of me, and the time it was taking her to build one sandwich would have had me waiting another 20 minutes. >:(

Nobody answer the counter to take an order. Cashier at gas station had to yell Subway several times before anyone arrived. Ordered a sandwich and she started to make a footlong instead of what I asked for the 60 in. I ordered a Reuben she says she forgot to order the sauerkraut so I ordered one without sauerkraut. I asked for grated cheese she did not have that out but she found some in the back. I have to have it toasted she put it in the oven push the button and then wrapped it up and served it. When I ate the sandwich it was cold and Pasty the bread was humid and gummy it have not even been tested and she didn't care to see if it was warm or not with her hands when she handed it to me. I feel this whole group does not care about the quality of their store. There are a lot of other places to eat with people who seem to care about their product in their store even the owner came by and was unconcerned that the oven was not working and that I had a cold pasty sandwich to eat. When it came time to pay I was going to use my Subway card points but that was not working either she said I would have to pay with my credit card so I did. I just can't think of anything good to say about this place experiencing what I did from the visit. This location needs a complete RI training or Subway should close it as it's a bad representation of Subway stores. I have been in many Subways across the country this one here holds the trophy for worst service and worst food presentation.
