ARS installed a replacement air conditioning unit. The service technician, Brian, who found problems with the old system was great, very professional, courteous, and thorough. The sales person, Andrew Groves, was professional, congenial, knowledgeable and understanding. The installers, Brandon Tolen and Mike Rose, were great. They were friendly, professional, non-intrusive, and left the place clean. The new system was working well when they left, but the true test will be when we finally get some warm weather. I have been very pleased with the ARS staff who has helped us.

Alex was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He did an amazing good job, he was very patient about explaining what needed to be done, and then he did it very well. I greatly appreciated his expertise, his patience, and his professional demeanor. Alex is an employee who reflects very well on ARS and I would recommend him highly to anyone needing HVAC services. Bernie was very pleasant! He educated me on my upstairs and downstairs systems. He was straight up about potential costs, and he made a solid recommendation for what he thought would be in my best interest. I normally don’t make decisions on the spot, but his knowledge, honesty and straightforwardness impressed me to the point where I decided to sign up for a yearly service plan.

ARS has made a customer for life after this experience! Dakota was the most humble and Easy going Professional that I have ever had the privilege of using. He was Outstanding! Thank you to him for getting my AC back up. I had just had another company tell me it wouldn’t be working until two weeks when they came back, which was unacceptable. Dakota thoroughly went through my unit and took the necessary steps to ensure that the fan at least would come back on. You have an incredible employee with Dakota and he is the example of what any service provider or technician should be for their customers. Thank you ARS for helping my family and home get back to what it should have been.

We lost AC early on a Sunday morning. I called and a tech was sent out that afternoon. George was courteous and professional. He had the AC up and running in a short period of time. We were extremely grateful as the day was one of the hottest of the year heading into a week of the highest temps/humidity all year. Great job!
