Very friendly and helpful staff. Having never been there, I struggled to find the entrance. The main doors are locked and there are signs in front of the arrow pointing to the other door so it took me a minute. Once found, the staff got me sorted and the forklift operator helped me cut the pipe to size so I could get it in my truck.
It's all ways a great experience. Everyone is very knowledgeable and experienced in the work field. Couldn't find a better place to shop!!!
This place is great. They have helped me with 2 plumbing projects now and they always help me get stuff done quickly easily and with very personalizes service. They have a customer for life.

I wanted to comment on the outstanding customer service I received over the phone with Justin K. The Ferguson Charlottesville store transferred me to plumbing as I had questions about washing machine water inlet hoses. Justin was extremely knowledgeable. His willingness to answer all my questions led me to ask about drain hoses, pans, and moveable stands. I sincerely appreciate his patience and receptiveness. He answered all my questions.
