I can't say enough good things about A1 Sewer & Drain. From the initial call to the finished work their staff was professional and friendly. This is the ONLY plumbing service that I contacted that was able to give me an accurate quote over the phone just like a professional auto repair shop would. Wonderful experience! Technicians, Cam and Elijah were great! The cost for a newly installed water heater was nearly half the price of one of quotes I got. Keep up the outstanding work. Thank you for providing honest, awesome work at a reasonable price!

I had A 1 Sewer & Drain technicians Zach & Christian. They were very knowledgeable, professional, personable, explained problem and corrective action. They arrived on schedule, cleaned work area etc. A1 was recommended to me by my daughter that used them about 2 weeks ago. I am very delighted with service & price. This has been a great experience from start to finish. I gave them a call and got an appointment set up for the next day by a friendly and confident coordinator, who verified my information was correct before ending the call. The technician, Bert, reached out before arriving, giving an ETA and arriving right around that estimate. She was very knowledgeable about the system and went straight to work. She had a great attitude around the work to be done and made sure not to waste time. Bert clearly knew how to get the old, stubborn faucet off, and expertly installed the new one. All around, well done!

Both toilets standing water - would not flush - water backing up in the tub and the shower. Called A1 Sewer & Drain. Nice lady set us up with a technician that came out within one hour. Gregory to the rescue! I have never met a nicer, more informative technician like Gregory!! He had to dig in front of our home to find the main drain to snake it. But when he found it, he couldn’t go that route for it was a “Y” connection so he came up with another option. Took his snake, and was able to flush out what he called a “soft clog”. He also informed us of another option to the “Y” connection which would be a “T” connection that would have made the job go faster. But our home was built in 1986 which I guess that what’s they used then. Greg was just the best! Thank you Greg for all you did! :). Highly recommend this company.nTechnician: GregorynVan # G3437
