I made a plumbing claim through my home warranty. I never received a call from Thomas plumbing that day to schedule a time to come out. I waited until the next business day to call them. The call went straight to voicemail. Couldn't leave a message because the mailbox was full. She did leave an email address, so I emailed them to cancel the call. My husband fixed the issue.
Assigned him by home warranty company. Returned our call greater than 24 hrs later. Gave a 2 hr window of time that would come. Did not show
Do not use. And if your warranty company assigns them do not waste your time. They will make an appointment with you and never show up and then tell you they will call you back with an update and then never will. Not sure how they are still in business.
My home warranty chose these people and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They were supposed to show up yesterday and never did. Called them and they said I was on their books and they didn’t know what happen and would called me back. I keep calling to see if they are ever going to come and still no response. Like every other comment here. This company is trash. Don’t let your home warranty chose this company!!
This company is a scam. A service was supposed to be done on the 8th between 10-2pm i called 5 times. Twice they answered and said they will call when the plumber is on the way. Then my landlord confronted them a day later they claim they are sorry and will call 45 min beforehand It is now the 10th of February so we will see
