It wasn't the best condition but it was fun, enjoyable and well worth the deal and discounts for a few hours of the night we had to stay. It's easy to get there and right next door to Captain George's which is a plus for them. I will rely on them again and just a note...nnSmoking rooms have to be rsvp early or else they get taken up rather quickly.
I arrived early & waited until check in at 3pm only to find out my rooms weren't ready. The rooms became available about 330p. Once I recieved the keys I went to the room to start cleaning common areas as a extra precaution. I flipped back the sheets & found a black bug. There was long hairs on bath towels, and dirty on towel racks. I immediately canceled my reservations. They agreed to give me a full refund & I switched to another hotel. The only plus about this hotel was the lady at the front desk name Ms. Virginia who seem to be pleasant.
Not even sure where to start. Was moved to 3 different rooms in one night. First room was leaking, second room broken door, third room card didn't work. Oh, one room key I was given was occupied. Fun! Lol The room I settled on has no working phone and a clogged sink.
Virginia is the most hospitable person i’ve ever met at a hotel. We had a ten day road trip where we stayed at hotels for each and to have her check us in our last night was such a treat! The rooms were great and comfortable too and our wife and I along with our dog will recommend this place every time
Staff very friendly, location is great. However I never stayed at a place that didn’t have towels and washcloths. They said because of covid they are in short supply. I’m just trying to figure out what covid have to do with washing machines and dryers. Also our cable box didn’t work.
