NEVER STAY HERE. If we could rate this room zero stars we would. The hallways smelled like smoke, must, and alcohol. Our door handle on our door was broken when we first got there. Walking into the room, it was very spacious, but when you look closer almost everything had a stain. The “new” bedsheets had dark spots, the walls were stained, and there was a hole in our ceiling. We we’re going to try and spend the night but then found a cockroach on one of the bed pillows. We shows pictures of the room to the staff and we’re able to get a full refund. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a hotel room and I strongly advise no one stay here.

It was great! The people were super nice and the games were awesome, but now coronavirus has probably shut that down!

We got a first floor room with no view, the windows faced the indoor pool area which was closed. Pool being closed not a big deal, we were not planning to use it anyway because of the covid-19, but no view was a big deal because this made the room dark. Lighting was awful, the room was very dark and there was a very strong humidity smell. Bathroom look outdated and old. The only good thing was the kitchen, everything looked new on it, also the room is big, still the pictures are very deceiving. We were very excited about staying in this hotel, it was very disappointing for our family.nIn summary the hotel its out dated, strong humidity smell, didn't feel safe in there, common areas didn't look clean. Customer service was great, they really tried to help but there was nothing more they could do other that offer the full refund which we took. If you are going to Williamsburg, VA on a family trip, this is not the right place to stay.
