I will never return to Swan Cleaners! Have been a loyal customer until now. I brought in a tablecloth for dry cleaning. Returned it twice because the spots had not been treated. When I picked it up the third time, I noted a large hole, the size of an orange. Asked to see the manager and was told Ricky would call me. 5 days later, no call. I called back and later that day Ricky returned my call. He said it was not his fault, that I must have dropped it off with a hole (even though I offered to share holiday photos showing it was intact), and that there was nothing he would do. He didn’t even offer an apology and informed me that he overseas 5 stores and that he’s a busy person. Going forward, he will no longer be busy with my dry cleaning.
Great customer service and incredibly timely. They've never failed on last minute requests!
Never had a problem here. Prices are fair and reasonable. Nothing special about it, but they’ll get the job done.
I took a item here to get repaired was overcharged 19.00 to fix a zipper on a one piece elfit.......then I was quoted a price of 19.00 with a slip that had that amount on it....and it came back for 25.00 I refused to pay 25.oo that was damn near more than the cost of the elfit.. they overpriced.....
