Went here to get my Peacoat Dry Cleaned. I spoke to the person at the counter and I was informed that it would be done in a day. Called a week later thinking they had forgotten about me, and the lady proceeds to tell me that my name is not in the system. Went to the establishment and she changes her story to say that it was there, just not in the system. If you have a time sensitive event, do not use this cleaner's.
They were supposed to clean my scarf and sew the ends. It came back smelling like perfume and still stained and wrinkled. They charged $20.00 just to hem the ends. Easier than a pair of pants that usually costs $10 everywhere else. They are Nams Cleaners now and no longer have organic cleaning solution. I recommend going somwhere else.
