Absolutely the worst customer service. I dropped my dry cleaning off yesterday for a next day pick up. The woman says”when would you like it?” I reply with “anytime works”. She says it will be ready after 5pm. She never mentions their hours change from what is posted online and my brother shows up 5:57 today to get the dry cleaning and is denied because they close at 6:00 for COVID reasons. She tells my brother that there is nothing she can do and leaves.nnI do not recommend using this establishment.
I don't buy items that need dry cleaned. I had a duvet that needed cleaned. When I was going to wash it I noticed it was dry clean only. I called ahead to find out the cost. Very happy with the clerk! Saved me money. I mistakenly went across the street to find out it would cost alot more! Yes, I drove across the street to Swan to get my duvet dry cleaned. ud83dude0a❤

I am there dropping of dress shirts for my husband as least every other week, sometimes every week. When I walk in they are friendly and professional. I drop off and can pick up the next day. They even give a discount if you pay cash up front, which works for me. Money stays in my pocket and I can send my son to pick up if I am busy that week. Thanks, Swans for being flexible!
