This is a really nice hotel. Front desk folks are kind and informative. Rooms are clean, sheets are crisp. The gym at this Westin is much more equipped. I still wish squad racks would make their way into these hotel gyms but I understand their perspective. None the less, overall a very nice hotel for the area.
I stayed here for a month in December/January while waiting for the birth of my grandson. I love this place. The hotel staff were fantastic and very friendly. The hotel is clean, comfortable, has the softest towels. This hotel has become our home away from home while we come down and visit my children and grandson. Thank you to Brittany and Diane for your friendliness and support. Diane makes the best caramel macchiatos.
Th reason why I'm giving this place 5 stars is because of the staff.nThis place is located in a descent place and it's excellent for tourist and business visits.nThe staff is five star.nThis is the best staff in Virginia customer service is excellent one of the best I have seen in my life.nVery professional,very helpful, very friendly,the staff is awesome.nnRooms are worth 60 bucksnThe staff is what makes this place special.
AMAZING! Always staying here from now on when visiting VA beach!!! So clean, love the parking situation/deck connected to lobby via the elevator. Loved this! It's always a great experience at any Westin.
I planned a surprise stay with my wife for valentines, but after I check in to go place presents and flowers, the room is stained with smoke. Easily recognizable, surprised they even let me up to the room. Not only that but we stayed 2 nights and 1 days payment went through normally 2,3 business days.....but the other didn't process til March 3. Horrible experience from start to finish. They claim no responsibility says technology problems happen all the time...smh never again
