All of the staff were so friendly. The hotel was very clean. Great Covid safety in place. The room was very clean and great layout of the suite to make for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant had great options for kids and adults.
Great Stay this weekend. Chef Randy and his Staff in the Bistro is top Notch. We had a group of youth in town from WV to play football. Chef Randy accommodated us adults to make our experience great. Food and Drinks are Top Notch
Not enough communication. We booked our hotel stay several weeks in advance booking this hotel because the pool was open. We were in Williamsburg all day and checked in late after spending time at the historical locations and when we arrived we were told we had to book reservations for the pool as they could only allow 8 people in at once and it was booked solid for the night and most of the next morning. I totally understand and agree with safety measures but this wasn't noted anywhere on the website or confirmation email. The gentleman that checked us out said it was on the website so I double checked. Unless it's in a hidden link, I couldn't find it. I just looked again and didn't see it. We also had no bedding for the pull out bed in our room, had to physically walk down to get it as no one would answer the phone. The towels were also in such rough shape they should be rags, holes and strings all over all of them. The staff checking us in were very kind, the room was comfortable, just an overall frustrating stay between the lack of communication and room essentials...
We recently stayed here for a famiky vacation. Rooms were clean stagf very friendly. However my 10 yr old left her phone on the morning of check out. when we got home and realized, i called back. The front desk associate said she would check with house keeping and give me a call back. I never got a call. Needless to say when we checked the phones location it still was showing that it was there. I will happily take it as a lost and never stay with the hotel chain again!
This hotel was really nice. Clean inside the hotel and our room. Great lighting in their parking lot. They followed all Covid-19 guidelines. Had hand sanitizing stations everywhere. Masks were required. I felt safe. The staff was really nice and the breakfast at the restaurant inside was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.
