Nice place. Very quiet and serene. I did not use the Aquatics Center but it looks very nice. The staff are very helpful and friendly and for the price of an upscale extended stay hotel, I stayed in a place that truly feels like home.
It's just ok.
Appeared great at first glance, but not at all. Maintenance staff in our cottage day one. Turned on fireplace and smoke detector starts blaring off but there was no smoke or fire. Split level unit, no heat on 1st floor and they came several times to fix that, so we slept cold the entire time. Washing machine stopped working in the middle of a load, and it took them 3 hours to figure out they couldn't fix it. Finally allow us to go adjoining unit to finish our laundry at 2300 hr. I understand the no housekeeping on staff because of covid, front desk should at least have supplies. So so glad we didn't purchase here. Bright side, staff was great.
Overall the unit was nice, clean and spacious. My only true complaint was with needing extra towels and sheets, it was a real hassle to obtain these items. I never got any new towels. When I got connected to Ann in housekeeping and explained why I needed more sheets she said to me, “you can’t just wash them.” The tone over the phone did not sound very hospitable at all. Other than that rude encounter, the other staff tried their best in helping make the trip great during COVID.
What a lovely resort. Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was spacious and very nice. Attended a presentation for Time share and it was well done and not painful at all. Highly recommend
