The staff were amazing, the room was spotless, the temperature in the room was perfect. The pool was beautiful. The gym blew my mind. They have plenty of equipment and use the exact same brand as a large gym chain. Saved me gas trying to find the nearest location of my normal gym. My daughter loved the arcade. All around amazing experience.
Very clean and great check in/ check out process, all on the app. The bed was very comfy, too! Down pillows were very soft. The staff was very sweet, including housekeeping and front desk. Thank you for a lovely stay!
I did not see signage of any kind for local eating establishments ....but the hotel should work on a relationship with local restaurants and post signs in the guest room of those restaurants who partner with them who will deliver food...for those late evenings or mornings when nothing is open in the hotel.notherwise a great place to stay near Colonial Williamsburg for great pricing.
Overall we had a great experience, got free cookies when we checked in rooms where nice no issues at all. The manager on duty can’t recall his name was super nice happy with our stay
