We had a great time here. Had a ground level room by the pond and the sunsets were amazing. My wife is still talking about how comfortable the mattress was. Fully stocked kitchen nice soaking tub. Perfect. If anyone can let me know the brand and model of mattresses I would appreciate it
Russell is the most amazing and helpful front desk attendant EVER! He handled every request calmly and kindly from the moment we met over the phone and he only continued to care for us once we arrived. The amenities were perfect for this time, as there were reservations for pool time, billiards, fitness center, mini golf, and more! It was wonderful to be able to take advantage of so many outdoor activities on this our first vacation since the pandemic. I wish that Eileen was a little more polite as she asked people to leave before the next group came in for the pool. A few families agreed that she was the only one that seemed to bark at us and was impatient and short with guests. The property is so well taken care of and so intimate and quaint. We cannot wait to return!
Great space in the rooms for a family. Lots of amenities. Our boys loved the indoor and outdoor pools, the put put golf course, and the game room. The hotel room had everything we needed for a several day stay. The surroundings were lovely. Super comfortable beds. Loved the jacuzzi tub too.
They now have appointments where you can be doing their various activities alone which is nice. They took a while to listen to a request we made but it wasn't too bothersome. They do their best to make sure we are safe. I highly recommend this resort to go to in the summer!
The place is beautiful and well maintained and there is only one negative to my stay. The guests that stayed in the unit above my family and I had the habit of taking their spa tub baths around 11pm-12am which caused me some trouble getting to sleep but that obviously really does not reflect on the establishment itself just the people above us. All in all we had a wonderful experience. We booked through AirBnB.
