Rooms were recently updated. Beds are comfortable. Hotel staff is friendly. Everything was clean. Hotel is cheap for the quality. Our go to choice when going to Busch gardens or water country. Took away a star since they didn’t or serve breakfast (assuming because of Covid).
Do Not Stay Here!!! Very unsanitary. My boyfriend step in poop, there stains on the bed sheet, stains on the carpet from other pets. I slept in my car, because i couldn’t see myself sleeping in that room. The staff was very the two gentlemen I talked to. Very understanding but wasn’t must they can do and we spoke to a lady who was the manager wasn’t anything she can do, her attitude could have been better about our situation.
overall pretty good hotel!! people the front desk were nice. centrally located. 3 minute drive to the water park and target...10 minutes from busch gardens. We were traveling with our dog...I appreciated that they have the pet rooms all in one area, but also...the rooms were clean despite being assigned as pet rooms. I would recommend getting poop bag/trash can stations outside. we were there a friday and saturday night. people drag race on the road that runs in front of the hotel on saturday nights...apparently regularly...but I didnt hear it much more after about 930pm/10pm. obviously nothing the hotel can control, just letting others know.
Hotel not well maintained. Dirty and found what appeared to be ear wax in the tissue box. Torn chairs, dirty dresser.nnI guess I got what I paid for. It probably was a nice hotel back in its day but appears someone purchased it and it is not well maintained.nnI would NOT stay here again!
We had booked the room earlier n talked to Michael and told him it would be after 4pm before we arrived at the hotel. We got here and was greeted by Tony at the desk, he was friendly respectful gave us information on places that did deliver to the hotel and the lobby was Beautiful, the piano was the Bomb. We liked our room n the only complaint we have is that the TV kept going off while we were watching it. We will be back hopefully for our anniversary. Good job Tony ud83dudc4fud83cudffdud83dude0a.
