The room was clean and everything worked, the bed isn't the best but its not bad
Large units with remodelled kitchens. They allow pets if you reserve a pet friendly unit. There are some units with saunas but you need to request it. The outdoor pool is closed until May and the indoor pool is year round. Great place to be close to the attractions and family friendly.
I did enjoy my stay until they tricked us into sitting through a timeshare presentation. I specifically told them I didn’t want to sit through a presentation, I didn’t want to buy a timeshare but they insisted that this is not what I was going to be doing. They charged me $10 and wasted 20 minutes of my time and when I confronted them they didn’t even apologize or tried to make it right! If you stay here, please don’t go to guest service and don’t fall for their tactics! You will waste your time for hours for a gift card and it’s not even worth it! I made that mistake once in the same resort when we went to Florida and wasted half a day! This sales tactics is wrong and it should stop! People get away to relax and not to be tricked into buying something they can’t even afford! It was nice until this moment! Will not be staying on any of their resorts ever again!
Front desk could be a little more helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. To do anything on the property make a reservation. My kids wanted to go swimming but we were not informed you had to make reservations.
We enjoyed our stay this weekend , staff was friendly and COVID-19 compliant. Our suite was very clean and had everything we needed (towels, dish soap, shampoo etc). We were able to book the indoor pool to ourselves and were even given a book to local places to get food/ activities. Check out was super easy as well. We will for sure be back in the future.
