He is a con artist. He told my father he'd take a look at his basement to assess a water problem. He never came to look at the basement and just had 2 guys (not himself) come by and started excavating. Well, they tore up his yard, never fixed the water problem, and footed him with the bill. Sad.
Builds a nice home, although does not back up his 1 year warranty. Does not return phone calls. Complaint with BBB and possible court case. Just becareful and do yourself a favor, look into other homes and residents before you commit.
