Upon entering this cleaning business, I was greeted by a very friendly employee. She then quickly looked on a receipt carousel for my items that were ready to be picked up. Thankfully, she found the items in the back. They were nicely wrapped and looked very clean. This cleaners appears to do a lot of business in town, and fortunately we have this location available to us that's close to our Farmville real estate business, Piedmont Real Estate. Thanks to Deluxe Cleaners!

Breakdown in communication and lack of contact information makes for a unpleasant experience. I dropped my suit off early last week for pick up on Monday. (2April2018). However, I wasn’t informed that the business would be closed for the Easter Holiday. There was no sign outside the business last week and I wasn't told by the person who signed my ticket about the holiday. (The ticket itself says pick up Monday). I tried calling the store, no answer, and have failed to locate a manager’s number to see if there’s any way to get my suit.. SO, instead of being able to drive to D.C. tonight and save my suit for my interview tomorrow- I’ll be making the journey tomorrow morning in rush hour traffic and have a wrinkled suit from the 4hr drive.nAwesome.
