Twice I have taken my garments there only to be told they wont do those. I have had them dry cleaned elsewhere before. The first was a dress that my daughter needed for a wedding. There was a removeable belt on it and they refused it because of the belt even when I said I could take it off. I took it to another dry cleaner who had no issue with the belt. Two days ago I delivered my husbands shirts and 3 of my own only to be told mine were to delicate and they would not do them. Again I have dry cleaned them before elsewhere. The window says ANY GARMENT. So any means all. I will never use this place. They even refuse to try to get a stain out. Now I'm not an expert but I thought dry cleaners could at least try. I can do it with some simple store bought spray so why cant they. Thumbs down to Regency Cleaners.

I’ve been going to this cleaners for years; however last week they completely misplaced my order and although they were able to find most of my clothes, I’m still missing a shirt. The woman I’ve been talking to has been completely nonchalant about losing my shirt. She has said things like “we can’t find it”’, “maybe we gave it to someone else”. I’ve called at least 15 times trying to get in touch with a manager and he has not called me back yet. I thought this cleaners was a good deal which is why I would drive out of the way to go there, however I will not be returning and I advise all consumers to beware and make sure you know exactly what you are dropping off.

Can't find orders and damaged my son's fur hood on his coat; it was burnt. After I've spent $100 on average each month for a year, they refuse to replace what they've damaged or pay. I have called and been there a few times and the manager is never there and never had the decency to call me back.

I haven't been there since I moved. But when I lived near there, they had great prices and next day pick up.

Destroyed my garment and wouldn't pay for it to be replaced
