Puritan is not the best price but the quality of service is good, they are reliable, and clothes come back quickly. Since the pandemic I have stopped home service and use the drop box at the Robinson St location. The parking loop makes access easy even though it is in the middle of the fan.
My clothes are always well-taken care of and nicely cleaned. Fast turnaround time and very friendly, professional service!
Same-day dry cleaning was great, but pretty expensive. Would still use if needing something last minute
The manager of the Fan Puritan branch is the absolute best! She is so caring and attentive, it makes picking up your dry cleaning a pleasure. She has also curated an excellent staff who all share her positive attitude. I wish all businesses were as friendly and responsible!
Puritan Cleaners did an exceptional job for us. We dropped off a huge pile of suits and dresses just taken out of storage and they had them in top shape the very next day. The customer service was personal and professional. This is THE cleaners to go to in RVA.
