The customer service is great, but the new worker over there is very rude, I was over there on 04/03/2021 at approximately 14:02 hours to pick up my clothes, and someone came after me, and he attended to him, when I asked the new young Africa America why he attended to the customer who came after me ? he ignored me and he kept on attending to the customer.nI don’t think that is a great way to attend to a customer. I reported the incident to the manager and they are both having the same attitude. I have to picked up my clothes and left the store. That was a poor customer service...... I have been using this place for a longer time, all other people that work their treated customers with dignity and respect, when they are wrong they will say sorry, they never talk customer down or disrespectful to their client.nnOr maybe this have to do with law enforcement issue? But I have not been told my zips representative that they are not taking police clothes any more.

My husband Dropped off his clothes at 901am 1 minute after drop off time..so sad he needed his clothes back by 5pm. Missed the deadline and the mgmt. Offered to wash dry and iron his clothes bc we didnt make the dry clean timeframe..O I could just hug him for that offer..needless to say..we are very pleased and we were treated as royalty! Please support this human friendly..business. I will always use this Zips cleaner in Innsbrook!! Y'all have made my husbands day!!

I have been using Zips for awhile, also in different locations when I travel. I have always received professional and efficient service. Same day service if you bring in before 9am! Comforters are suppose to be 3 days but they mostly get done in one day. Thank you so much Zips!!
