Thoroughly impressed by my experience with Sparkle Wash. Very responsive and had a quote and scheduling of gutter cleaning with my initial call. Can't beat the price for a full gutter system cleaning and washout. The gentlemen that cleaned my gutters (Jason and James, if I recall correctly) were courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated the attention to detail in cleaning the gutter system, and the extra steps taken to inform me of any potential issues that I might see with my roof or gutters in the future. Will certainly be using Sparkle Wash for any future needs in which they provide services for.

Today Brandon & Kenny cleaned my roof, house, and deck and even took care of my skylights, heat pumps and propane tank. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They did a fantastic job and it feels great knowing my whole house is truly clean. Will definitely use again, thank you!

Yesterday (11.16.2020), Sparkle Wash came out for the 2nd time this year. They came out in the spring and power washed my home and garage, and did a great job. Isaiah and Saraan came out yesterday to clean the gutters. Another great job! Your staff is always professional and courteous. By far, the Sparkle Wash team of Central Virginia (Hermitage Road) has been the best to work with! They came out today and power washed my wooden privacy fence. Not only does the fence look fantastic, like brand new, the gentlemen who did the power washing were friendly, patient with my numerous questions, and courteous. In today's world, it is rare to find a combination of great workmanship and great service. The woman in their office is always friendly, helpful, and willing to work with me on scheduling. I highly recommend this company and their staff!

We had black streaks on our roof that we learned were a form of algae or mold. After a representative from Sparkle Wash gave us an estimate to clean the roof, Brandon, lead technician, and helpers, Kenny and Tyler came out and did a fantastic job. Roof looks great, thankfully, no more black streaks. We commend this company and plan on using their services in the future.

If a ZERO is possible then they earned it.nThey were a NO SHOW.nDon’t bother calling them.nI set up an appointment three weeks out, no promised pre call and they didn’t show up when they committed.nThey had no record of our appointment.nThey weren’t too concerned about it either.nNo resolution to the problem and no offer to re-schedule.nDon’t waste your time with these people.
