i had a horrible experience here and really wish i went anywhere else. i gave them a skirt to make a small alteration to a week before my birthday in january. until today, i still have not received my skirt back with the alteration or a refund. they don’t answer the phone and most times they aren’t even in the store. the store owner had an “emergency,” and therefore my skirt was not fixed and still hasn’t been to my knowledge. they’ve made zero efforts to communicate with me and when i do get them on the phone they’re very rude with me as if they didn’t steal my skirt and not even give me the option to take it back, get a refund and give someone else this simple modification job. literally go anywhere else, only come here if you wanna pay for an alteration just to have your stuff jacked and to be ignored.

Best laundromat around. Friendly staff and you can pay with credit card. They have good machines (though the staff are sometimes using them all for wash and fold). I didn't realize that this was a self service laundromat for a long time, but the door is open so just go on in.

Brook's Stitch & Fold does a GREAT job with their laundry service. They pick it up and drop it off at our house, and they had no problems with our request to use our own detergent (I have stupid-sensitive skin). They're always friendly and super responsive. I highly recommend them.

Very clean, efficient machines for self service. The staff is very trustworthy and has always taken good care of my valuable clothing properly, and returned them in a timely fashion. The hours of operation are also very convenient for any day of the week.
