Excellent experience with my wash/dry/fold and dry cleaning. I love the text alerts. I was surprised that when I came to pick up my dry cleaning (this was my first time using Puritan) the manager remembered my name from when I dropped off my order several days prior.nnI was surprised to also receive a hand-written thank you note from the manager when I came to pick up my order for the first time. Definitely will be using this cleaners again!
I took my winter coat here to get cleaned after hearing about a Presiden't Day discount promotion. The person who took my item in was different from the person who helped me when I returned to pick my item up but both were very pleasant and efficient. The email notification to let me know my coat was ready came earlier than expected and I didn't have to wait long for drop off or pickup. The spots that I indicated needed special attention were attended to and I am very pleased with the results. I'll be back again.
The dry cleaning service I was received was quick, great quality, and for a great price. They even included a handwritten thank you note which was a great touch! Would definitely recommend.
