There are dry cleaners and then there is PURITAN CLEANERS. Exemplary in their processes, to include the intake process and the final pick-up. Your items are not just altered but handled with the best care before and after the alterations are completed. Puritan is always thorough, always careful, always fast. When do you ever get all three, and reasonable prices, as well? From antique, hand embroidered linens to dress shirts to our hand loomed rugs, we trust Puritan with our cleaning. And we’re grateful the company does so much for our city and its most vulnerable residents.

This is to update a prior negative review. I had complained a few months ago about my instruction to not press creases in my pants was not being adhered to, even after bringing it to management's attention many times. I want to say that since my last review, I have seen a 180 degree difference and my pants are consistently being pressed correctly. A special thanks to Montel for caring and listening!

I tried the cleaners in my neighborhood and was very disappointed, lost a beautiful suede to them. Driving the extra miles is worth every penny. Best decision!nKeep up the good works.

My first time using Puritan will keep me coming back. The price for dry-cleaning two items wasn't amazing, but I brought in a jacket that needed a pocket repaired. My mom was an excellent seamstress in her day (still is, if tasked...), so I knew the fabric, tear, and repair were tricky. The seamstress said as much but took my coat, examined it, and repaired it in front of my eyes in 10 minutes. She asked for no money, it's likely factored in. But THAT is service. The gent that helped me was clear, polite, and thorough. Great place.
