Clean as far as the laundromat itself. The washers and dryers are pretty much well kept for service. The parking lot is most of times clean.

I just left this establishment after speaking with the attendant and a customer service rep over the phone. I put a $20 bill into the change machine, and....well, I'm still waiting for my coins to drop! The machine has a camera, so what's the problem with returning my $20? The customer service rep says they will mail me a check. What??? I didn't give you a check, I gave you my cash, and now I have to wait 7-10 days for a refund. So I left, with my clothes still dirty.nn9-22-20: The machine didn't jam; it was simply out of coins. This happened first thing in the morning, which means no one refilled the machine before opening. This wasn't a malfunction; this was a case of someone not filling the coin machine. If your policy is to send a refund via check, you should post a sign on your machine, as other vending machines have. At least be upfront and give the customer a choice knowing the chance they are taking. If I can't trust your machine with a $20 bill, I'm certainly NOT going to trust your machines with my card information. Lastly, I never said I didn't receive any coins; $7 worth of coins came out of the machine after putting a $20 bill in it. The customer service rep spoke to the attendant, who said I was missing $20; the representative never asked me that question personally. I'm an honest person and am requesting a refund of $13. The camera will confirm what I am saying.nn9-25-20: I received my refund check in the mail.

Clean. Well lit. Equipment worked well. I could use coins or credit card.

good mix of large and small machines. guess cost is fair but wish it was cheaper. place is well kept as far as being clean

Not customer friendly at all, my dryer just went out and i came in at 815 with just 2 loads to dry and the lady just started targeting me about we close at 9p it only takes 10 to 15 minutes to dry clothes. Im like damn to myself do you want the business. Hard as times are. No hello no nothing. I go to.dryer she says those dryers are closed im like lady do you want the business. I need my kids clothes dried. I wont be back here
