Good price but the hotel didn’t meet my expectations. Overflowing trash in lobby garbage after breakfast rush and food all over the ground. Rooms don’t get cleaned, asked for new towels barely got a response from rude front desk staff and couldn’t even take the dirty ones when they dropped clean ones off. Nice location but won’t be back.

It was a decent stay. The staff is excellent. They are very accommodating and they do exactly as they say they are going to do. There isn't a microwave in the rooms and there is one small one on the 9th floor. There were a few concerns about the cleanliness of the bathroom but everything else seemed clean. The small refrigerator didn't work at all. My drinks were hot. If you ask for new towels they will give them to you. Valet parking is available. It's $26 per night. Located in a great neighborhood. Great restaurants in short driving distance. Very spacious rooms. Very comfortable stay. I didn't have any problems while staying here and my sleep was very peaceful. I would highly recommend this hotel. I was able to check in early because my flight arrives early but I called ahead to make sure my room was available.

The vote was in a good location. Clean and the bed was comfort. We was in town for the town just for a get away and to visit one of our favorite restaurants southern kitchen.nnWe got up the next morning getting ready to prepare for check out and The towels was hard. Shower water did not get hot. Towel rack was hanging out the wall. We did not have enough towels in the room. It was just a whole mess the next morning.

Stayed for New Years Eve 2021. I think it is less impressive compared to it's Annapolis sister hotel, but we had a good time. The finishes were nice in the room, but the bathroom was exceptionally basic and seemed lacking for a 4 star hotel. Was happy for what we payed, but it was obvious they did some basic cosmetic upgrades to an older hotel. We will stay with Graduate again, but this hotel didn't wow us like their Annapolis location did.

Great hotel, very stylish. The heat wouldn't kick in until late at night. However it was cozy afterwards. The front desk was polite and handled our concerns immediately. Had a lovely experience here.
