Extended Stay America - Richmond - W. Broad Street - Glenside - North

My stay is and has been more than excellent. Ever since our 1st night here, everyone has went all out to make us feel very welcomed, it’s like being home away from home. The Management and Hospitality staff treat us like we are part of their family. Whatever we want or need, the ESA staff goes all out to make it happen. Out of all the places we could have came for temporary housing, I’m glad we came here. Thank you to each and every person that has a hand in ensuring that the daily operations at 6807 N. Paragon Place runs smooth. You are the absolute very best!!! If I was a millionaire I would give you all raises and promotions as a token of all of the outstanding work you all do!!!

I stay here often and every time the staff takes care of me. I have had a couple issues but it was quickly resolved.

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying at your hotel in December,2020. Amazing, friendly and professional staff. Looking for to my next stay.

I stayed here in January and it was convenient while I transition to my new place. I was able to cook, have a refrigerator and use laundry facilities

I just moved in and am planning to be here for a few months while searching for a new rental home. The room and really the entire hotel is spacious and clean. Very nice rooms and staff. My only issue is, myself and my children all have asthma and guests do not follow the no smoking near the entrances rule and neither does the staff so we get a big wiff of cigarette smoke almost every time we go in or out. Due to that reason I have deducted stars. This should change.
