Room was clean and comfortable. Hallways were quiet. One problem...there was some type of room freshener in behind the drawers. Since I would be there 5 days I put my clothes in the drawers. Now I am home and unpacked my clothes reek of that freshener. I have to wash everything that was in my suitcase.
I feel like I paid for decorations. I got a view of a parking lot. Otherwise a nice hotel. I just expected better for what I paid
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. No room service currently due to Corona, Starbucks in the lobby, restaurant in hotel has limited menu, but there are MANY dining opportunities within a short walk of the hotel. All things considered, very pleasant visit
The hotel was nice and generally clean. The hotel restaurant was closed the week we were here and none of the staff knew why. We had to ask the front desk for housekeeping two of the 6 days we were here and when they came all they did was make the bed, empty the trash and give is new towels. We didn't get more coffee, cups etc. The hotel appeared to be fairly vacant so I can only assume they just don't clean your rooms daily. Over all, I would probably stay somewhere else.
There was something so comfortable about this place, I got in late and slept until just about noon! They were nice enough to extend my checkout time. And, when I arrived late at night, the lady explained to me how downtown parking worked so I didn't have to drive around for an hour trying to figure it out.nnThe next time I'm passing through, I'd stay here again.
