Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Richmond Airport

Nick W was absolutely amazing! If he’s not he manager he should be. My family and have been on the road over 13hrs and made reservations at Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport. Upon arrival at 2:02am we were informed that they were doing a audit and couldn’t give us a room after we made the reservation. I contacted Fairfield and was greeted by Nick W. He informed us that he had a room and to come by. When I was checking in he asked did we need a late check out and was very soft spoke and his customer care/service was impeccable. Promote this young man to regional managers I promise you won’t be disappointed.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay last night. The two women working at the front desk when we checked in were more welcoming and friendlier than any hotel I’ve stayed at. Way to knock it out of the park right from the start. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Faced with COVID restrictions, they still managed to put out a good selection for grab and go breakfast. At checkout, a different woman was working the front desk and just as friendly. Thank you for a great night, felt like I was still at home!

Great building room, bathroom. I had no issues. This isn't one of those hotels where the lobby looks nice but the room doesn't. The room i was in was kind of plain but it didn't need anything else. This hotel is much better than the Courtyard by Marriott just nearby, in that it's consistent throughout.

Was here with my wife due to her relocation for her job, me and my kids stayed with her in a very clean and upscale room, it had a pull out bed in the couch and fit a family of 4! Had a wonderfully kind and helpful front desk lady named Sana help us when we went through our coffee and got us more when we ran out! Thought I was stuck with just what we had on our first night. The bar and restaurant are nice and the location off the airport is near some fast food joints but right beside the interstate and highway so anything in Richmond are close by!nnThank you Sana!

The staff was great!! However the water pressure in my shower was horrible!! It ran so light that I could barely rinse off the soap. Also, not sure if this is no longer customary but when I left for the morning and returned I did not have any new towels or wash cloths. It was an OK room. Their outlets to plug in your electronic devices was kind of weird too. I will say it is the best hotel on that strip though.
