We LOVE this place! There is something for all ages to enjoy! We especially love the Dome theater. It's worth it to check it out! Staff does a good job at sanitizing everything frequently. Stylists are provided to avoid touching anything. Most of the second floor is still closed off as of April 2021 but there is still so much other stuff to do.

Had a wonderful day with my kids. Definitely makes hands on learning lots of fun. Being wheelchair bound the only issue is some of the lack of disability accessibility. Like inability to reach soap in restrooms. Overall had a great time. Loved the Forge workshop making pencils and Hannah was super helpful and informative. Didn't get to see what was playing in the dome, but that leaves something for next time! Hope you go and enjoy!!ud83dude01

When you walk in you're greeted with a large open area which is very fitting for this museum. Entering at first it doesn't seem like there's much but when you walk to the back you'll see the rest of the museum. I wish I had more time (i arrived late and it was close to closing) because it was a ton of fun and very informative.

Able to get through most of the museum in under 3 hours but there were a few exhibits closed. Lots of interactive exhibits that were actually 8n working order. My 9yo loved it and science is not his favorite subject.

Spent an entire day here with a 10 year old!! Only complaint was that a lot of the areas weren’t open (on a Saturday too) so that was a bit of a bummer. Would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. There were great dome shows, but age recommendations would be nice. The Big Astronomy show is definitely catered towards high school+ age group (super informative, just not enjoyable for most kids. Some of the info was even above my head) overall, we LOVED the ground floor and first floor exhibits - but would’ve liked to be able to do more on the third floor than view art and go to the Forge.nMy husband and I grew up going to the Carnegie Science Center in Pittsburgh - while exhibits seemed a bit newer here, there was much less to do so we were a bit underwhelmed... but it was a hit with the 10 year old who didn’t have a comparison.
