It was a great experience. The staff was polite and courteous. The rooms were clean and cozy. It was a perfect resolution to the power outage.

Horrible experience. Requested a refund and left. First of 2 rooms that we were put in ( insisted on change after the first one) unmade bed, body fluid on walls in restroom and bedside, cig burns in bedding, peeling paint, no working equipment( lamp, sink, AC unit...) trash in rooms and in the ice machine area( multiple BAGS of trash, peeling paint and rips in drapesnSave your time and money and move on. The ONLY positive was that the desk clerk initially gave us a discount.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The entire building smelled musty and moldy. The vending area was LITTERED with garbage - at least 20 old ubereats bags/orders, not even in a trash can. The elevator is super sketchy - rickety and felt like it was gonna fall apart as you're going up or down. The carpet in my room (453) looks like it's never been cleaned. There was old food and candy garbage under the bed and what looks like old blood or rust behind the chair.

Used to park car for flights to and from Richmond. Very convenient, helps local establishment, and reasonably priced. Arrived back in RIC 10:30pm called after luggage arrived and in under 10 minutes they were there to drive us back to car. Gentleman also helped getting baggage into car.

This is a very interesting piece of realestate.nLooks like it was a high class hotel back in the day.nThe Owner went out of His way to be accomidating & quite grachious but the 5th floor reeked of skunk weed and was loud 24/7.nCould have just been a special occasion I recon.nI'd stay there again if I had to but shop around for another bargain priced hotel first.nCan't really beat the location of this hotel though.
