Quality Inn Richmond Airport

Probable the worst hotel I’ve ever been to.nVery gross! I was there with my 15months old. The sheets had red andnBrown stains. There was dry throw up on the bed skirt. My room was disgusting and I asked to change rooms. Surprise: they relocate us to a bedroom that smelled like cigarrettes. Every inch of that room smelled like nicotine. It was SO strong it made my head hurt for hours.nTheir solution was to give us some air freshener...nAlso, there was definitely someone on my floor smoking weed.nnOn the main website they say they are pet friendly, in fact I heard a few animals in the hallway during our (luckily short) stay. We brought a little kitten, that got out of her crate to use the litter box and eat and that was it. There was no damage to their property. We were charged $200 EXTRA for that.nnI wouldn’t recommend this hotel chain to ANYONE.nnRUN!! It’s DISGUSTING!

The hotel is small but intimate. The front desk personnel were very nice and friendly and offered assistance to make my stay very pleasant. Since the hotel doesn't offer breakfast because of the pandemic, there are several places where food and drinks are available to purchase.

Customer Service was pleasant!nThat alone will be no problem going back..

Stayed last night. Close to airport, good location, VERY CLEAN, comfortable bed. Everything felt nice. Gentleman who works nights shift last night, very nice and kind. Very helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel smells like freshness and remodeling the entire 2nd floor then 1st floor. Manager Ms. Brenda is awesome, Housekeeper Angelia awesome & Mickey in Maintenance is very kind. You will love it also.
