This was a nice hotel to stay at for a fair price! My only large issues with this place was just not being able to use many of the amenities at the hotel and not being able to have the typical complimentary Breakfast. I am glad though that the price of the room was a good bit cheaper because of this because there are a lot of hotels that have not lowered their prices, despite not being able to provide the same services as before. With the bar and restaurant closed, the main area felt eerie and empty.nnThe room was quite nice however and it was definitely homey. The bed was huge and there were two sections to the suite, a couch & TV, and the the bedroom. The bathroom was kind of small, but the bed was comfy and the bedroom TV was nice and had a good sound system. I'm happy the hotel definitely kept the rooms up and tried to give guests a good experience.nnI liked how they had a small snack concession area and they did sell beer and wine until around 9:30/10:00PM. They're definitely trying to make the best of the times. :)

I was there for a meeting and didn't go pass the conference room and registration area. So this review is based off of what I could see.nEverything that I could see was clean and well taken care of. We did have dinner served as well. It was a 4 course Meal and it was very good. With a healthy sized portion, well seasoned but not excessive.nMasked are required for entry and It was worth the visit.

Best Hilton property I've stayed at in the Richmond area. I travel frequently to Richmond and have stayed at countless Hilton properties in the area. This is easily the nicest one. No complaints. Also, do not stay at the double tree down the road. Dated, worn out beds, smells. This one is very modern and clean for the price.ud83dudc4d

My family and I had a great stay at this hotel. All the staff was pleasant and very attentive to my family needs. The hotel was VERY clean and my bed was super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again

It was a nice room, but be advised they will keep your deposit if you don't clean up behind your self if you leave balloon or heart cut outs regardless if you offer to do it yourself they will not let you. Anyway....had a blast!! Happy Valentines Day 2021 !!
