Splash n Dash Car Wash & Detailing

I am someone that finds the process of detailing a vehicle not only enjoyable but cathartic. That being said given the more pleasant weather and mine as well as my friends car in need of some TLC we decided to go here.nnI hadn’t been before, but for my friend it was a familiar neighborhood and a place she was comfortable going. Prior to talking to the manager on staff today (Ashton) I would have said I wasn’t coming back. That certainly isn’t the case now.nnI initially had a less than stellar experience given I hand wash my vehicle and found that after a few hours my typical result hadn’t been met. However what was different was the fact that at any other unattended self service car wash if I had any kind of issue, I’m out back. There isn’t anyone to address or hear a concern.nnWhen my friend and I pulled our cars out and I asked a member of staff (whom was very pleasant our entire visit, tending to the property) to pass along my message about my experience. It wasn’t but a few minutes later Ashton came to talk to me about what had happened.nnThe reason I will come back is for the service I received from him. He was honest, not patronizing, and didn’t try to placate or smooth over any issue I had. He has offered for me to come back to finish the work on my car and I plan on doing so.nnUpon further review, a lot of the detailing services they offer that I just don’t have the time to complete myself (clay bar treatment, interior steam cleaning, etc.) are also something I would look into in the future, especially after observing the attention to detail Ashton was providing this BMW for the entirety of my visit today.

I purchased the $12 wash which I though wasn't a bad deal. I was wrong. The undercarriage and the tires were still dirty after the wash. I had some dirt that I had gotten on it that morning. I went to the car wash about 3 hours later. With that being said I would have thought the dirt would have washed off. There were streaks of dirt still all around the vehicle doors etc. I wouldn't recommend this place if it were the only car wash within 50 miles. I have had better washes at a gas station.

This place used to be nice and convenient, but now half the washing stations are out of service and every visit recently has become a gamble. Last time I went, I paid for tokens and only received half of what I paid for and when I chose the high pressure washer, it was broken with no other stations open. So I basically paid $6 for wasting my time. Never coming back here.

Touchless car wash did a mediocre job at best. Didn't have high expectations, but it didn't even touch the lower ground effects below my doors. Think I will stick with hand washing it myself. Car was long overdue for a cleaning and weather is cold, so was trying to make due with an easy alternative.

I've been going here for 6 years! Great place to wash your car/truck! You can choose either self-service, touchless wash, soft touch, or personalized detailing (on business hours). All washes and vacuums (besides detailing) are 24/7. I have had issues with some of the washes before but after calling and explaining my issue, they gave me two free premium washes! Excellent customer service and definitely way better than flag stop or gas station washes.
