Jess was super helpful! I lost my license plates in the wash. She was able to find it and provided clamps to put my plate back on for me! So kind and helpful.
Even on a busy Saturday, I was able to get through the automated wash quickly and there were spots open for vacuuming, which is included in the price. They have regular and micro fiber towels available. I like the automated floor mat cleaners.
Curtis made my day!!! He was extremely professional and delivered the ultimate customer service experience to me when I had to place my wash membership on hold due to an automobile accident. Every time I visit this Flagstop the staff is always very friendly and courteous, and my car comes out looking brand new. I love that it makes washing your car EASY, by being fully equipped with towels and vacuums. I highly recommend you get a membership!
Great service.nMachinery was having issues and line was backed up to the street. When the crew got everything running again, they gave me a free upgrade to the best wash to make up for the delay.nNow that's how you build customer relationships!!!
