Car Pool Car Wash (Short Pump)

I really like this place. Very professionally run and all of the staff take pride in doing a good job. My car always gets the rims done nicely and wheels when I go here. Staff always says thank you and are very polite. High quality car wash and detailing for a very fair price with indoor and outdoor seating while you wait. I recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good car wash!

The entire operation is flawless with one minor complaint from me: there are no directions when you pull in. It was very confusing for a first-timer. The packages are the only thing on the signs to read from your car. No one helped me until I was pulling into the wash myself & by then I was forced to reverse out (embarrassingly). When someone finally did attend to me, she acted as if I should just know where to go. Other than that, my experience was positive. It's a bit pricey but worth it. The exterior package is superb quality. Didn't even need to use windshield wipers during a downpour on the interstate; the water just ran out of my view.

Would’ve given zero stars. I went in to the Broad Street location in Virginia and it was one of the worst car washes and interior work that I have ever seen on my vehicle. It was a complete waste of money! I have had multiple experiences like this but being gracious I’ve gone back to this location a couple times and I still found it quite embarrassing to say the least. There is lots of dust dirt and debris still in the car and I might add the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional. Worst possible place ever do not spend your money on them!!!

$38 plus I left a tip. The exterior was clean except the windows and they vacuumed a little bit . Lesson learned I won’t be lazy again

I did RVA wash. Just after reaching home realized no vacuum done in my trunk. Cup holder cleaning is one of those mentioned as will be covered in RVA wash. No vacuum obviously not cleaned either.nTips are good and I believe in that. Today I felt strange with the way they asked to enter tips. Kind of making sure I add tips. Absolutely no problem with tips When I feel the service. Today I feel like wasted &44.
