I have known Tim for many years. I had his team install a new heat pump at my house. They were very professional and did a great job. They put plastic down on our floors to protect the floors while they were putting in the new air handler in the attic. They were on time and finished the job in one day. The new system is working great. I highly recommend A1 for all of your hvac work. Great people and great prices.

A friend recommended A1 to me when I was having an issue with my system. They were quick to schedule an appointment, shortly before my appointment I received a text from my technician that included his qualifications as well as a photo of him. Due to weather he was running a little behind but he called to let me know and arrived very close to his scheduled time. When he arrived he was professional, used booties so he did not get out floors dirty, wore a mask (COVID), and while he was explaining the problems and what needed to be fixed he was very thorough. I 100% will use this company again for my heating and cooling needs.

I called several companies in Blacksburg to replace a broken furnace. As a landlady, it's important my tenants are not left without heat for long periods of time. They are the only company who was able to respond quickly, even though they were booked. It seemed they understood the urgency and actually cared my college students would be cold without heat. They were responsive and professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them!

A1 is fantastic! I’ve had a couple companies come out to check on my HVAC. A1 consistently sends technicians that are very talented and are looking out for the well being of the client. Other companies have tried to convince me to buy expensive equipment or even replace my entire system. Every time A1 comes, I learn something new about my system and feel better prepared to take care of issues.nThis last visit, Chris came out to help. He was amazing! He definitely went above and beyond his duties and was genuinely interested in helping me figure out problems that even turned out to be unrelated to the HVAC. Thanks to Chris, he saved me paying a plumber $1,000 to try a variety of repairs to fix a problem. Thanks Chris!!! He was also delightful to talk to.nI have had 3 technicians from A1 visit my house in the last few years, and they have all been great.nThanks A1!
