Very friendly family business who went out of their way to service us. We moved into a home and nobody knew the location of our septic tank which was not placed in the logical location. The team searched for over two hours before locating the tank around the corner of the house from where the septic line left the house. They never gave up and barely charged us anything for the extra time involved and left everything as neat as possible when finished. The price was already quite reasonable. Will definitely recommend NRV Septic Service and will use them in the future.

We had an emergency on our septic system, and as luck would have it, I was leaving that day to fly to China leaving only my daughter at home. I called NRV Septic and they came out and took care of everything and made my daughter feel very comfortable. They were super nice to her and fixed all of the major problems, even doing some extras for free. Good people and I highly recommend them.
