Quoted a job for $7100 and said it will take 2 days. We borrowed a mini ex and did it ourselves in 3 hours. Seems like their charging way to much. Im thinking about opening a business and undercut the by half price lol

Update *** they Totally redeemed themselves and grateful for the good work :) lack of customer service.nGave us a quote - we accepted - took our tenants money for his time but didn’t fix the water heater... tech made a mistake but didn’t handle it well
