Ryan Homes at Grove Point

Don’t believe the hype!!! Unfortunately I purchased a place to live in this place. For more than two weeks after closing day I have been waiting for their reaction to my complaints, and there are a lot of them. I still hope for prudence, although I doubt it, but hope dies last!nI’ll keep you posted....

Marc Fardink has been outstanding throughout the entire process in showing me the Grove Point Townhouses. His honesty, positive spirit and professionalism about the process is impeccable.
