Don’t believe the hype!!! Unfortunately I purchased a place to live in this place. For more than two weeks after closing day I have been waiting for their reaction to my complaints, and there are a lot of them. I still hope for prudence, although I doubt it, but hope dies last!nI’ll keep you posted....

My husband and I were purchasing our first home. We ran across Ryan Homes at Grove Point. Our sales representative Mr. Marc Fardink. He was wonderful. He took his time with us. He made our dream come true. The whole team was just wondering. I love those guys.

Marc Fardink has been great in showing me the Grove Point Townhouses, He has been very positive and professional about the process and the wonderful incentives Grove Point has to offer.
