Brought in 3 clean pairs of jeans to be pressed and starched. $21 later I got back 2 pairs starched and one pair simply folded and hung, with no one being able to explain why the 3rd wasn’t starched, and no willingness to do anything about it. Won’t go back.

I've taken my dry cleaning here since I moved closer to this location than the one I used previously on Kabrich St. Excellent, professional service. Quality work and fast turnaround. They've done a great job getting tough stains out of a white sweater recently. Many of these reviews seem to be mistakenly referring to the self service laundromat next door to it. I've never been in there, but Valley Cleaners is the full service dry cleaner and alterations place on the very end of the shopping strip.

Please do not go to this location, alot of the machines are broken and the ones that did run did not get my laundry clean or dry, the whole place is nasty and creapy, no attendant on site no way to get help. I'm am sorry to who ever owns this place, until it is in better condition I will not come back and will not recommend.

Indeed, this place is quite run down, but for me who visited VT for two weeks and lived in the neighborhood (without car), this self-service launderette did the job just fine. Due to the bad reviews, I wasted some time finding another one, in vain.nnSince the place is self-service, I don't know what customer service the other reviews are referring to. I had a little chat with the cleaning lady, and she was totally nice. The launderette is not busy and there are chairs and benches where you can sit and wait.nnThere is a machine for changing bills to quarters, but I heard that it sometimes is out of order, so it is safest to stock up on 2,5$-3$ in quarters before coming here. To me it seems very affordable that you can wash and dry your laundry for less than 3$, in about an hour for both operations. The detergent vending machine is out of order, but there's a note saying that they have supplies next door. Anyway, I brought my own detergent.nnAll in all, I do not recommend dismissing this place just because of the bad reviews, because in my opinion they misrepresent the launderette.

This laundromat is in absolutely appalling condition. I have been going there every week since the summer of 2013 and it has always been a little sketchy but back then at least someone was attempting to make it halfway serviceable. I am at my wit's end now, though. Currently I'm waiting for a washing machine to at least finish filling with water and spin my clothes so I can take them home and hang them up to dry. I have been waiting over two hours now. TWO. HOURS. Just for a machine to fill with water. This is the SECOND week in a row something similar has happened to me on three separate washers. I am done. DON'T go here, they aren't even trying anymore.
