I got stuck in parking lot ...no hot water... also the front desk said you can NOT use groupon coupon bc they have changed the name to Sure Stay...smfh
Confusion abounds! Reserve room the night before as Microtel and when we arrived the only place in that area was Safe Stay. When I went to the desk of Safe Stay to ask where Microtel was my reservation was there. Clerk stated that had been Safe Stay for months
We upgraded to a suite to get the microwave and fridge. Don't be fooled. The suite we had was basically a double queen room with a kitchen counter extending from the wall between the beds, and an upper cabinet above. This split the 2 halves into 2 very small areas, and prevented air flow from the heat/ac unit under the window. Strangest hotel room or suite we've ever seen & definitely not worth the extra cost. Otherwise it was your standard Wyndham but a budget version of their usual quality.
Clean room, price online was $50 but got charged $72 at desk...
First time at Microtel brand and it was clean and the two queen beds were large. I like mines a little softer but stay overall was great. Should call it a continental breakfast which I left early and did not have a chance to partake it. However coffee was good
