Grohe Fixtures are a pain to work with. I had a problem with my Grohe Thermostatic Valve (controls water temperature) in my shower. The temperature could not be adjusted and was always uncomfortably hot. If you ever purchase Grohe fixtures make sure that you keep all the documentation that comes with the package. It WILL come in handy at some point.nI was not able to get much help from the Grohe helpline. They had two plumbing recommendations for me: one was 30 miles away and the other refused to work on Grohe fixtures anymore.nThe first two plumbing companies that I called could not figure out how to do the job.nI got a recommendation of Lotus Plumbing from the store where I purchased tile for this bathroom.nI called Lotus and Evan the plumber was abe to quickly diagnose my problem. He ordered the parts and fixed, and properly adjusted my thermostatic valve quickly and efficiently.nI was very pleased with his work.
