I highly recommend Marines Plumbing service. My basement was flooded and I had to turn off the main water valve to the house, leaving no running water. The technician, James King, arrived within an hour. He was extremely professional, kept me informed of the service being performed, very thorough and responsive. We've used Marine's plumbing twice as they were recommened to us by our Realtor, Lauren. We first had Trevor who was as pleasant and professional as could be and the next call we had an sudden leak in our home and Jermaine came out pretty late at night and yet again, was incredibly professional and great to work with. The work from both Trevor and Jermaine was absolutely top quality. Not that we enjoy having plumbing issues, but we definitely look forward to working with Marines more in the future as we work on home improvement projects or anything unexpected that might occur!

I called Marines Plumbing about getting my hot water tank replaced, after seeing a good rating and positive reviews, and I'm happy to say the experience was as good as getting an important-yet-expensive piece of equipment can get. Marines sent Jermaine three times- the first time to do the estimate, the second time to replace the tank, and the third time to assist me with a mixing valve issue. All three times, Jermaine was very positive and open. After adjusting the mixing valve, Jermaine identified a potential future issue that may have arisen during winter, and preemptively fixed it. While I hope it will be a while until I need the services of Marines Plumbing again, they are definitely top of my list should any plumbing issues arise.

Trevor Via and his partner just spent 7 hours repairing 20 years of poor work by plumbers unknown and bringing my 60-year-old house up to code. Excellent craftsmanship and communications. What I valued, too, though, was the strategic counsel--to handle everything at once and to consider options when one fix would make better sense than another. This is my second experience with this company--which I contacted on the recommendation of a neighbor--and I'm very pleased to have found people that I can trust.

Marines Plumbing is the most professional and pleasant plumbing company I've ever dealt with, from my initial call through completion of my job. Office staff was very polite and competent and scheduled me quickly. James King came to our house and gave me multiple options for the two larger jobs I wanted done, from interim steps through full replacement of a kitchen faucet and its shutoff valves and a toilet. He didn't try to steer me to the most expensive option, but talked me through pros and cons of each. He took the time to 1) give me advice on cleaning and maintaining other plumbing fixtures in the house, and 2) fix a couple of very minor things. He left me a thorough proposal of all the different things we had discussed, with detailed pricing, and his cell number in case I had any questions. After I decided on a course of action, he came out the next week to do the work. When one faucet hadn't arrived on time, he brought another of similar quality to install temporarily. He's coming out in the next few days to replace it with the one I ordered. James was a complete professional and very courteous.
