We have used Hicks Plumbing at 3 of our properties for 5 of our tenants, Hicks has repaired/replaced underground clean water line leaks, collapsed main drain lines and a host of other plumbing issues as well as back filling and pouring new concrete where they had to go under the slab/foundation.nnThese repairs have all been in commercial retail locations and due to Hicks Plumbing and their prompt service, none of our locations were ever closed for more than 6 to 8 hours.nnWe have 7 commercial properties and 19 commercial/retail tenants. Hicks Plumbing has proven to be a very dependable and trustworthy plumbing service provider and has earned our trust and business.

We had a clogged pipe in our kitchen sink and Hicks was very response and send a team within a day. The team was great and fixed the issue. We paid $600 and understood that there was a 10-day guarantee for their work. On day 14, we discovered a leak underneath the sink (whereas there wasn't one before) in the exact same spot the repaired. My husband and I called 3 times, left a voicemail, and emailed them, but absolutely no response. A professional company should have the courtesy to respond, but it turns out once they have your money, they don't care about your business.

Our hot water supply valve snapped when I tried to remove it from the bathroom galvanized nipple. The team of Tony and Kevin were here the next day to assess the issue. They then scheduled the repair within three working days. Tony and Kevin were extremely professional, prompt and exceptionally knowledgeable. They treated our home as if it were their home, being careful not to leave behind any of the removed/replaced plumbing parts. They took great care to social distance, wear masks and ensure they had foot coverings when entering the home. I refer many of my Pillar to Post clients to Hicks Plumbing Services as they are well qualified to handle most any plumbing repair or improvement. The Hicks did a great job locating and repairing the leak(s) in the line from my house to the water meter at the curb. They initially gave me both a best- and worst-case estimates. The actual work turned out be somewhere in-between and the final bill reflected that. (TBH, even the worst-case was much cheaper than another estimate I received.) I am very happy with their work and would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had an emergency with my downstairs toilets, sinks, and shower backing up. Water was draining over the sides and onto the floor from these places all at the same time! I called Hicks Plumbing and they arrived quickly and knew just what to do. They took care of the problem before any more damage was done. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient, I will use them again whenever needed.
